DR. BOREN: Our next speaker, I’m very proud to say, is one of my colleagues from CNA Insurance,Joan Herzog whose in charge of case management. Joan got her bachelor’s in nursing from Loyola University here in Chicago. She got her master’s from St. Francis of Joliet, is a city a little southwest from us. Joan has been very active in all the organizations for case review and she’s going to talk to us about the case management of disability.
